I am in Wisconsin and had an arrangement that had to go to someone in CT. Not sure of many of the details of the person I was sending the arrangement to I placed the order. The card was a get well card and that was all they knew about me or the recipient. When delivered there were no lights on and no answer - storms were heading into CT and Pam from Roaring Oaks gave me a call to see if they should go back and get the arrangement. They did and good thing -he did not get home from the hospital until the next day. There was much contact between Pam and myself. She was professional and very caring. I would definitely over and over use this Florist wish they were in Wisconsin! Thank you Pam for going above and beyond the duties to bring joy into others lives and make someone's job a little easier! Kathleen
